I’m Mohamed Lebbie, a cybersecurity professional and the founder of LizaEYE Cyber Operations. With a deep passion for digital defense and a strong academic background in Cybersecurity and Incident Response, I’ve dedicated my career to protecting information systems and empowering others through training and innovation.
Over the years, I’ve worked across government and private sectors, currently serving as the Head of Cybersecurity at the Parliament of Sierra Leone. My expertise spans network security, malware analysis, incident response, and strategic security planning.
Through LizaEYE, my mission is to provide proactive cybersecurity solutions tailored to meet the evolving needs of organizations across Sierra Leone and Africa. I believe in staying one step ahead—because “We stop it before it starts.”

I am an experienced Cybersecurity Instructor specializing in a wide range of critical areas, including Digital Forensics, Ethical Hacking, Computer Incident Response and Management, Cybersecurity Law & Ethics (Local and International), and Cybersecurity Fundamentals.
With a hands-on, practical teaching approach, I’ve trained students, professionals, and organizations to understand, investigate, and defend against cyber threats in real-world scenarios. My goal is to equip the next generation of cyber defenders with the technical skills and ethical foundation needed to thrive in today’s complex digital landscape.
